Das Plötz-Prinzip für Hefebrote war und ist ein erfolgreicher Bestseller. Lutz Geißler legt nun mit Sauerteigbroten für Einsteiger nach. Er hat dafür spezielle Tricks und äußerst präzise Rezepte entwickelt, die fehlendes Equipment wie Verdampfung im Ofen und Gärschränke, die sonst nur Bäcker haben, komplett überflüssig machen.
